Shipping & Delivery Logistics

Your item is produced according to the shipping method you chose when placing your order.
Logistics for Personalized Items (Step by Step):
- Order is placed and order confirmation receipt is emailed and/or texted to you.
- Order begins 24 hour processing at 12:00 AM (EST, UTC-5) Edits & cancellations can be done during this 24 hour period.
- Our specialists begin designing, producing, and testing items in your order. Production time is 1-2 Weeks before shipping.
- Once your items are completed, they are sent to our fulfillment departments located in Los Angeles, California, New York, and/or Atlanta, Georgia.
- A tracking number is emailed/texted to you. (Please allow 1-3 Business Days for the courier to update the tracking status)
- Your items are then shipped to the shipping address you provided according to the shipping method you chose when placing your order.
All domestic shipments are free above $70. If you select expedited shipping at checkout then you may be charged for more. Domestic shipments are shipped and tracked through USPS.
Estimated time for delivery: Be advised that many factors contribute to delivery time. We will be sure to ship orders out within the time frames that are listed on each product’s page. Personalized & handmade items take approximately 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. Once an order has been shipped, please allow 2 to 3 business days for arrival.
Standard International shipments are shipped with the most economic methods available based on location. The average delivery time for standard international orders is roughly 3-4 weeks for personalized items. Expedited Shipping options are also available at checkout.
